I will have a booth at the upcoming Avenues Art Fair in Salt Lake City on Sept. 9th!  I am temporarily pausing sales on my site while I finish my current orders and create pieces for the show. If you have questions or would like to discuss a custom order in the meantime, please feel free to contact me using the contact link at the bottom of the page. Shipping:

Shipping within the U.S. is via USPS Priority Shipping (No shipping fee). Your art jewelry will arrive carefully packaged in a lovely hand-decorated gift box.  

I can also ship USPS First Class International to select countries barring any restrictions on jewelry materials or customs limitations.  You, the buyer, are responsible to pay any customs, tarriffs, VAT or entry fees. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit or once received in your customs department.

Orders for items that are already made will be shipped within 3 business days.  Made-to-Order items generally take 1-2 weeks to create before they are shipped.  This allows time to order any necessary supplies, as well as time to create your piece with the attention and care it deserves.  If multiple items are ordered, I do try to "batch" them as fast as possible, but please allow creation time for each and expect they will be shipped together after completed.

Items are shipped to your address in your PayPal account or provided by you during the checkout process. Please be sure to verify your address information is correct before you complete the checkout.  I am not responsible if the incorrect address is provided.

Returns:

At Heidi Kingman Jewelry each piece is created with careful attention to quality, craftmanship, and design. As handmade items and natural materials, they may feature slight variations in color, size, and texture. Nevertheless, I want you to have the peace of mind.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your recently purchased jewelry item, most items may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price (does not include shipping fees).  However, earrings (for sanitary reasons), custom orders and personalized jewelry are NOT returnable.  Simply contact me within 5 business days of receipt and return it within 14 business days (you pay shipping and insurance).  A refund via PayPal will be sent to you when I receive your item.  Send the jewelry item back to Heidi Kingman Jewelry, P.O. Box 2481, Layton, Utah 84041-9481.  I am not responsible if your item is lost in transit, so please insure it!

Privacy Policy:

Heidi Kingman Jewelry is committed to protecting the privacy of my site visitors and customers.  Your name, address and email/contact information will never be sold, shared or publically disclosed without your consent except as required by law.

All purchases are conducted through PayPal's secure website.  I do not receive or collect any of your credit card billing information.  

I may monitor/record website analytics and statistics about visitors to and purchases on this website for the ultimate purpose of improving and enhancing customer experience and service, and the products available on my site.

If you have made a purchase from my store (thank-you!) I may occasionally update you on my latest products, news, special offers and events via email, but only if you opt-in to receive email marketing communications from me (newsletter).  You may opt-out at any time.

My site may contain links to and from other websites.  If you follow a link to another site, please note that they may have their own privacy policies and I do not accept liability for any of their policies or lack thereof.

Warranty:

When you purchase from Heidi Kingman Jewelry, you automatically receive an included one year warranty on workmanship and materials used in your jewelry items.  If a jewelry item fails as a result of a flaw in the material or craftsmanship, I will fix or replace the missing or broken part of your item with a component/repair of equal value at no charge.  I will attempt to match the missing or broken part as closely as possible.

Warranty excludes theft, loss or damage including but not limited to improper care/cleaning, dropping, catching, or striking against a hard surface, chemical exposure, or improper use or storage. If an earring or portion of an item is lost or damaged, I can attempt to make/find a matched replacement depending on availability of materials.  Customer will be charged very reasonable rates for such replacements or repairs.

For warranty or repairs, contact me (so that I know the item is coming and I can order parts early if needed) and then ship it to me at Heidi Kingman Jewelry, P.O. Box 2481, Layton, Utah 84041-9481.  I am not responsible if your item is lost or damaged in transit, so please insure it!
