The Visible Mending pendant is a wearable affirmation for times of transition and resilience. Each piece is hand-fabricated from a thick, hand-forged heart of recycled Argentium silver. A fracture line tracks through the full thickness, tracing a story of experience and impact, while niobium “sutures” carefully anodized in a curated sage green hue reinforce the theme of integrity, grit and perseverance.

True to its name, this piece features a distinct, parted fracture line. The silver does not meet perfectly, echoing the reality of a life changed by experience. The niobium sutures stretch across this intentional gap, bridging the past and the future with beautiful adaptability.

Dimensions: Approximately 10 - 12 mm in diameter sawn from hefty substantial 14 gauge hand-rolled sheet
Chain/bail: suspended on an 18” Sterling silver commercial chain with handmade Argentium jump ring
Availability: Limited edition of 5. Each piece is uniquely handmade at the bench; slight variations in texture and color celebrate the raw handmade process.
